New Clients: Please read all policies before booking an appointment. Booking a appointment does not guarantee your spot until approved by Xitlali. Returning clients get first dibs on all appointments so please be patient. You will receive a confirmation text/email confirming your booking with the address. —— • Why is it asking for a card on file? • All clients will be required to enter a card on file. Your deposit will be taken out of the card you input. You will NEVER be charged the full amount in advance. ( This is only to protect my time and ensure policies are being followed) • DEPOSITS • $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all clients. Deposit funds will be taken from the card on file ONLY. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT • REMAINDER OF PAYMENTS • Forms of payment: CASH, CARD, TAP to Pay • CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS • Over or AT LEAST 24HR Notice: You may reschedule once with the same deposit. Same Day Cancellation: you will be charged 50% of the service(s) you selected.
